The Carol Center Clubhouse is where members seek mental health support and participate in their own recovery process by working and socializing together in a safe and welcoming environment.
A Clubhouse is a community intentionally organized to support individuals living with mental illness. Through participation in a Clubhouse people are given the opportunity to join the worlds of employment, education, meaningful work and building relationships and friendship. They can also access the services that they may individually need. Membership in a clubhouse community gives persons with mental illness the opportunity to share in creating successes in the community. At the same time, everyone gets the necessary support to achieve individual success and satisfaction through participation.
